A Hobgoblin is a friendly but troublesome creature made up entirely of magic. Unlike a Wizard, a Hobgoblin has an unlimited spell count.
They are similar to Goblins, though Randal Moon hates to be mistaken for them and insists they are very different.
It is in the Hobgoblin way to give another a talisman as a sign of good luck when they venture beyond the river to seek fortune and adventure.
