Wyvern House is a block of offices. Hair brand, Gabrielle Hair Products and game company, Psyke Games have some offices stationed on the twelfth and twentieth floor respectively. People have been known to disappear there due to Mervyn, a Troll, who has been operating a Never-way there for many years. The building did not have a thirteenth floor as the number 13 was seen as unlucky.
